Sophisticated Colorado Style Condo Denver

Our Texas native clients chose a prime-location Denver condo with fabulous views of downtown and the mountains to call home once they retired. This newly built condo was a blank slate that our clients desired to turn into a warm and cozy Colorado style space that had room to entertain. Our challenge in this small condo was to create a space that felt open and spacious and could host family gatherings without feeling crowded.  A custom built banquette in the kitchen with an island on the back side was a great solution. It provided extra seating, counter and storage space as well as a cozy place to enjoy the views while dining. We used warm colors, a variety of textures and custom furnishings that provided a cozy but sophisticated style.
