Eclectic, Colorful Open Concept Living in Denver

Our young, vivacious clients yearned for an updated  space to enjoy with their family and friends. Big style and an eclectic aesthetic were a must in an open concept living arrangement. 

First thing to go was the center wall dividing the main space in half. This opened up these narrow rooms to create an open concept kitchen and dining area. We added a large eat-in banquette, which grounds the room and makes it feel cozy. Extra storage under the seat and a dedicated space for the dog bowls were a must. 

Wood beams add drama and enhance the architectural details in the vaulted ceiling. Black metal straps add an industrial touch. Two toned cabinets, a whimsical backsplash tile and white shiplap elevate the “cool factor” with color, texture and dimension.
