Our clients wanted a space that was fresh, functional and had much better flow than their previous design. They admired the modern farmhouse design aesthetic and were hoping to have a new space that replicated this simple, unpretentious style. By removing the wall separating the kitchen and living space, the new kitchen and dining room became open and connected.  It also made the space lighter and brighter with windows flanking each side of the open concept room. 

Some of the details that make the space special are the soapstone countertops that bring drama and Old World charm, a beautiful, bold backsplash and custom window treatments that are functional and pull the look together by adding color, texture and pattern.
