The open floor plan of the kitchen and family room in this luxury condo featured a good layout but desperately needed an update to reach its full potential. New white shaker cabinets and counter height island with seating for four was added to create a stylish kitchen. High end appliances, specialty lighting and handmade backsplash tile elevates the kitchen. The family room was converted into a formal dining room. The TV/ entertainment cabinet was replaced with a refreshment cooler, buffet cabinet and additional storage that matches the kitchen island. The argento quartzite counters were a special find and ties the two spaces together. The powder room was taken to the next level with lighting and wallpaper. The intricate antique silver details and the geometric pattern of the wallpaper make a statement and complete this luxurious space.
